The Communications/PR Manager will create and oversee communications campaigns for a variety of clients, working hand-in-hand with account executives, coordinators and the various creative services teams. The individual creates a variety of collateral and communications pieces, content, develops press releases, info sheets and pitches to the media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and execute marketing and communications campaigns and strategies for assigned clients
  • Create content, messages and themes for campaigns, eBlasts, letters, collateral, press releases, or other client materials
  • Oversee, manage and coordinate all aspects of communications & PR projects, including overseeing community & media relations
  • Develop and execute strategies for activations, media roundtables, community workshops, etc.
  • Assist account executives, evaluating the performance of campaigns, developing client presentations, brainstorming and contributing to client meetings.
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss, identify their communication/advertising requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and ability to solve problems, collaborating across account teams
  • Drive smart, tactical execution of client programs on time and on budget
  • Define key performance indicators for each communications channel to indicate campaign results
  • Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistent basis
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically
  • Other, based on business needs

Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience
  • Government and/or transportation industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Budget management skills and proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and MS Word

Job Summary

The Multicultural Marketing Manager will create and oversee multicultural marketing and advertising campaigns for clients, working hand-in-hand with account executives, coordinators and the various creative services teams. The individual serves as the day-to-day contact for the client and develops the marketing strategies and tactics while overseeing the implementation of the marketing plans including campaigns, events, digital marketing, creative development and PR across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned clients
  • Creating and coordinating marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of campaigns
  • Assist account executives, evaluating the performance of campaigns, developing client presentations, brainstorming and contributing to client meetings.

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss, identify their communication/advertising requirements

Requirements:

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-motivated, high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Spanish Bilingual/Bicultural preferred
  • Budget management skills and proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university, or equivalent

Job Summary

The social media specialist creates and publishes content on social media platforms to grow our client’s audience base, build their brand awareness and boost sales. Our social media specialist collaborates with the agency’s account teams to develop strategies to achieve the client’s goals — creates and oversees social campaigns, produces content, reviews analytics, and communicates results to clients and the account teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification for a variety of clients
  • Plan, create, publish and share content that builds meaningful interactions, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the client’s brand
  • Develop and maintain content calendars
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Community Management: responding to comments, inquiries, DM, and all daily activities to react to fans and build engagement
  • Campaigns: create, manage and execute social media campaigns to increase fan base and build engagement
  • Client: Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries
  • Analytics: capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of campaigns and/or posts, then leverage the insights to refine future campaigns and/or posts
  • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
  • Working knowledge of social media boosting campaigns
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in social media, preferably In an agency
  • Understanding of social media metrics, interpreting the results and acting to increase social media campaigns’ effectiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, or Marketing. Will consider lower level of education based on passion for the industry.
