Our Digital Marketing Strategist plans, develops, implements and manages the digital aspects of our campaigns, providing strategic direction to our digital media vendors, oversees digital campaigns, and analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work with external digital media vendors on campaigns
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals alongside digital partners
  • Create, launch and manage new PPC campaigns and/or channels, as needed
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Provides clear, robust reporting on tactics, ad spend, results, and conversion metrics
  • Manage large monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and offer investment recommendations

Professional Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline and/or appropriate combination of experience and education. Required skills and technical experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years managing PPC campaigns
  • Experience managing and allocating budgets of $10,000 per month
  • Certifications: Google Adwords, Google Analytics Certified

Job Summary

The Executive/Personal Assistant is a confidante, liaison, and ‘The Hand’ of the CEO. Responsibilities are diverse, from calendar orchestration to special projects to stand-in for internal leadership meetings and external business meetings. The individuals must be able to exercise a high level of judgment, work independently, and juggle various day-to-day responsibilities and surprises through their incredible ability to organize and prioritize. “The Hand” will support all of the CEO’s business and personal interests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sophisticated calendar management – strategically manage the CEO’s time and calendar by exercising discretion and decision-making while sorting and filtering requests for the Executive’s time and ensuring strategic priorities are met on time. Keep the CEO on schedule by providing prompts.
  • Facilitate the CEO’s ability to lead the organization by completing various administrative tasks effectively. Assisting with special projects; pulling together complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements, etc.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the CEO, including those of a highly confidential and critical nature. Organize, prioritize, demonstrate good decision-making, respond, refer to and exercise judgment to reflect the CEO’s style and organization policy.
  • Working closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
