Our Digital Marketing Strategist plans, develops, implements and manages the digital aspects of our campaigns, providing strategic direction to our digital media vendors, oversees digital campaigns, and analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work with external digital media vendors on campaigns
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals alongside digital partners
  • Create, launch and manage new PPC campaigns and/or channels, as needed
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Provides clear, robust reporting on tactics, ad spend, results, and conversion metrics
  • Manage large monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and offer investment recommendations
  • Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI
  • Experience in the following ad platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads (including Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor)
  • Ability to collaborate well with a cross-functional team and communicate performance effectively with stakeholders
  • Identify, communicate and act on opportunities and risks proactively
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, including current trends, best practices, and benchmarks.
  • Consult on landing page optimization and testing recommendations for campaigns
  • Build and contribute to campaign performance reports and develop dashboards using Databox (training provided) for clients
  • Ability to use data to provide actionable insights for team members and clients
  • Prioritize across dozens of opportunities focusing on the most productive tasks
  • You must be able to work on multiple accounts and deliver projects on deadlines and within budget.

Professional Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline and/or appropriate combination of experience and education. Required skills and technical experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years managing PPC campaigns
  • Experience managing and allocating budgets of $10,000 per month
  • Certifications: Google Adwords, Google Analytics Certified
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Experience with managing advertising budgets
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Program management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

The Multicultural Marketing Manager creates and oversees multicultural marketing and advertising campaigns for clients, working hand-in-hand with account executives, coordinators and the various creative services teams. The individual serves as the day-to-day contact for the client and develops the marketing strategies and tactics while overseeing the implementation of the marketing plans including campaigns, events, digital marketing, creative development and PR across cross-functional teams.

Our public relations/communications specialist works with clients to develop and implement campaigns, including the development of the materials, e.g., press releases, pitch letters, articles, content, flyers, and orchestration of events/activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop press kit materials, press releases, feature articles, background, info sheets, op-eds
  • Develop content and other communications pieces, flyers, website content, one-pagers, etc.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets
  • Pitch to the media to garner placements
  • Arrange for press conferences, interviews, and other media and event appearances
  • Copy, edit, proofread, and revise communications/content as needed
  • Track, evaluate and share results of PR efforts
  • Create event ideas, organize conferences and events, and project management of events
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics as necessary
  • Other projects, based on business needs

 

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in communications, advertising, marketing, journalism or other communications focus from a four-year, accredited college or university, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in an agency or client environment experience
