The Role
We are looking for a concept-driven Senior Copywriter who doesn’t just write content, but generates big ideas grounded in strategy.
This role is for someone who can turn insights into sharp, compelling campaign concepts, craft memorable headlines and one-liners, and develop creative that stands out across channels. The person will partner closely with the Creative Director/AD and Designers to bring Ideas to life, from Initial concept through execution. The Senior Copywriter would work hand in hand with the Creative Director/AD and Designers to generate concepts, ad copy, short- and long-form content, and edit for various accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop original, Insight-driven concepts that shape integrated campaigns from the ground up.
- Craft distinctive headlines, explainer copy, taglines, etc., to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Translate strategy into clear, compelling ideas that cut through.
- Bring ideas to life across channels, from advertising headlines to short-form content to long-form storytelling.
- Apply brand tone, style, structure, and voice to all copy and content.
- Partner with Creative Director/AD and Designers to develop integrated, visually driven concepts.
- Push beyond the expected to find fresh angles, sharper language, and stronger Ideas that break through.
- Shape and evolve brand voice across diverse clients and industries.
- Present and defend creative ideas internally and to clients.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure ideas are carried through with integrity from concept to execution.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with a Spanish copywriter to create and adapt concepts for English and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Flex voice, style, and tone based on client needs, industries, and brand voices.
Skills
- 8+ years of advertising agency or creative environment experience, developing integrated campaigns for broadcast, digital, OOH, and social media.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking beyond execution — featuring high-impact, integrated campaigns that drove measurable client growth, generated cultural buzz, and memorable work that shows originality and range.
- Experience creating long-form content, including newsletters, website copy, brochures, and other collateral.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, style, syntax, grammar, etc.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams are essential.
